Sanders Memorial Elementary School is proud to participate in the National PTA Reflections Program!

The National PTA’s Reflections Program provides students with opportunities for recognition and access to the arts, helping to build confidence, creativity, and lifelong skills.

Each year, more than 300,000 students from Pre-K through Grade 12 create original works of art based on a student-selected theme. For over 50 years, this program has encouraged students to explore their thoughts, feelings, and ideas; develop artistic literacy; build confidence; and discover a love of learning that supports success both in and out of the classroom.

The theme for the 2025–2026 Reflections Program is:
 “I Belong”

Students are invited to submit original works of art in one or more of the following categories:

• Dance Choreography

• Film Production

• Literature

• Music Composition

• Photography

• Visual Arts

How to Submit Entries:

• Entries may be submitted digitally by email to Reflections@smespta.org with the entry form and a picture/file of each project.

• Entries may also be submitted in person at the front office.

• A separate entry form must be completed for each project submitted.

• Students may submit only one entry per category.

• A confirmation will be sent once your project has been received.
